Hi, my husband has been diagnosed with VV after several trips to the hospital. Finally they did the tilt table test and within 20 min. discovered VV. He isn't on any meds at this point but is able to control it with salty boullion first thing in the morning and he drinks smart water(electrolites) during the day. It's a must not to drink too much regular water without enough salt intake as the water flushes all the necessary sodium out of your body. The dr. had him on gatorade at first but the sugar content was so high he switched to smart water. You just need the electolites. Have any of you had any foot pain associated with VV? My husband is experiencing troubling foot pain in one of his feet and he thinks it is due to VV. Anyone?
