my daughter is 10 years old and had a seizure for the very first time today. she has been sick this week with sinusitis but the dr said that it would probably go away on its own. after reading so articles and posts about it i am still not quite sure what to expect in the future. The seizure only lasted a few seconds maybe 30 but for not having any and then this i was scared to death. She had just thrown up and was still standing at the sink she went to the floor very slowly and then face down on the carpet went stiff, eyes rolled in her head and she was shaking all over. The dr.s said that cts, mri, blood work and urine analysis were all fine. am i going to have to watch her closely. is there anything i can do. I know about getting up slowly and such just not sure about the seizure activity.
