Like you, my VV symptoms are "female" related. I have attacks when I go to the gynecologist for annual exams. Mostly, when my cervix is touched. My heart goes out to you, you seem to really suffer with these. It seems you are truly having VV attacks and not just suffering from endemetriosis. Endo is painful, and that is triggering the VV attacks, it seems to me. I'm no doctor, but I grew up with a dad as a doc, and know a bit about both subjects as I suffer from both. Apparently, the vagal nerve runs near the cervical area, which may account for why you have the attacks with the cramping of yoru period. When the vagal nerve is stimulated, the attacks happen.
