Thanks for the info. I don't acutally pass out either. Everything blacks out so I can't see anything, my arms and legs go numb, I get light headed & dizzy, & usually have to hold on to something so that I don't fall. My spells are sporadic. A couple of months ago I had probably half a dozen a day, but my last spell has been probably nearly two weeks ago. I've had it for so long, I don't really keep track of my last one...I've been off meds for over 4 years because we had kids. Now that we're through I'm ready to go back on them. I also run, but have never had a spell while running. Sometimes they seem more prevalent after I've ran though.
