I'm and RN and if you haven't been to a Neurologist and been tested by EEG you need to do that immediately. What you have described is a classic form of seizure for which you can receive medication to prevent. Seizures are very serious and life-threatening if not treated. Please follow-up with a Neurologist right as they are specialized in treating this problem.

This web site is not a substitute for a thorough medical evaluation and diagnosis of your vaso-vagal type symptoms.  Medical treatment and diagnosis is the only acceptable initial response to these serious symptoms since they might present from any number of life threatening and treatable illnesses.
