Jim, great feedback. I also workout and for a while, it would trigger it faster than anything. Actually, this all started from running a 10K race back in June '06. But for a few weeks in Oct., every time I would work out (usually at 5:30 am) I would be absolutely miserable the rest of the morning. I would then feel better by mid afternoon, and then have returning symtoms in the evening. I think "straining" during weight training is a trigger. Do you still have symptoms? I have taking a beta-blocker for about 6 days (Toprol 25mg) and I think it might be helping. I am also drinking about 100 oz. of fluid a day, either water, salt-water, and gatorade. I don't know how much this helps. I am still working out 3 days a week and walking 30 min. a day, everyday. No more running. What are your thoughts......Thanks John J.
