My 18 year old daughter has had 6 syncopal episodes in the last 3 months (2 in June and 4 in the past 2 1/2 weeks). We have had her in the ER twice (nothing found), to a Cardiologist who had done an echocardiogram (nothing found), a 25 hour holter monitor (nothing found), a stress test (nothing found), and she is scheduled for a 30 day holter to be applied tomorrow and a tilt-table test next week. She has also met with an Electrophysiologist yesterday who has suggested that it is probably a vagal response and has started her on atenolol. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone???? Please send comments. Thanks.
