What does your doctor say? I'm no expert but it sounds like this could be related to what you went through getting over your cancer. This may seem simple but are you eating enough and drinking enough water? Low blood sugar with a weakened system could be all that it is. Remember you're not fainting so that's good. And congrats on beating the big C.
