Re: Vaso Vagal attack when laying down?

I think a few of my V-V attacks may have been triggered by eating too much greasy or sweet food...tho the attacks are usually several hours after I've eaten. I've had attacks 3 Thanksgivings in a row. (I'm not normally an over-eater.)

But many of my attacks have just come out of the blue for no apparent reason. There's not one consistent "trigger" in all of my episodes. So, who knows?

I understand your reluctance to take the Tilt Table test. I feel the same. Eventually I will seek the care of a cardiologist who does the TT test.

But not this week ;) Take care, Stella!
