I'm considering pursuing the test, but I'm still not sure. I don't think my heart stops or skips with my episodes. I haven't had an out-right faint in more than 2 years....I crawl to the bathroom, and my H keeps cold compresses on my face/neck and generally keeps me in the "here and now" until the episode is over.

What I'm afraid of (besides losing control of my bladder/bowels during the test) is that they'll just put me on a beta blocker and send me on my way which may/may not help me. I hate to take medicine every day for something that happens so infrequently.

I know, I know.....I really need to make sure that my heart is o.k. My family says the same thing. I guess afte the first of the year I'll make one more trip to the dr. for this so I can get a referral to a cardiologist.
