Questions about the Tilt Table test

From: Lorraine

Comments

I've had vasovagal episodes for years. My attacks aren't frequent (maybe 3-4 a year) and I don't take any meds.

My question for those of you who had the Tilt Table Test: During the test, did you have ALL of the v-v symptoms...as in a full-blown episode? I've put off having the test for years because my episodes would be so embarrassing to go thru in front of anyone (besides my husband, God bless him).

Mine include vomiting and terrible diarrhea, and once that's started it's uncontrollable. I would be terrified to be strapped to a table having one of these attacks....I'd want to be strapped to a toilet, LOL.

Did any of you have this problem, or am I just being ridiculous and silly?

Thanks for your responses!

Lorraine
