Was this a VV incident

I had failry bad chest cold last week. I was sitting in a chair and all of a sudden starting coughing really hard and couldn't stop. Next thing I know, I wake up and I'm laying on the floor. People around me said I just went limp and passed out. I was out for about 5-10 seconds. I ahd no other symptons. NO chest pain , no lightheadedness, nothing else that I think could have contributed to this.\
