Vaso Vagal

Hi - I am 21yrs old and have been in and out of the hospital for the last 4yrs for having fainting spells (with loss of bladder control and convulsing). I remember the very first one occured when I was 7yrs old and I fell in the bathroom and hit my head on the toilet. No body believed me and so it was not an issue. Then I had one when I was 15yrs old and fell down a flight of stairs at school. Medical treatment was not given to me as I was at a Baptist boarding school at the time and all they did was threw me into a cold shower. When I was 17yrs old I had yet another one and my parents thought nothing of it, but I went to our family practitioner and all he said is that I had fainting spells and not to worry about it that some people get them. 19yrs old I have had more and more of them. I have had 3 in the last month and all my doctor said is that it was common, but I had him do a CT scan and a MRI and he said that it came out normal and that nothing was wrong with me. I just don't think it is normal to lose yourself and fall to the ground. I have been wondering who (what kind of doctor to go see about this problem). I am tired of not knowing when it could happen next! Please post something if possible~Thanks, Jessica
