vasovagal without fainting

have episodes of overall sick feeling then feel the need to defecate once that occurs have extemely fatigued for 20 min to several days. has been starting to be more often..Dr.started me on levbid but only took 2 doses so far so not sure how it will come out..thanks for any and all responses..Billy
