Vaso vegal symptoms???

Have had irregular (yrs apart) episodes which I relate to 'digestive stress' e.g meals on planes in biological middle of night, stomach flu etc. I wipe out (once into a window breaking my nose) and cannot move though conscious quite quickly mentally and able to speak. Dr. present once recorded no discernible pulse, very low blood pressure. Last time I regurgitated a recent meal (sort of reflux not vomiting). First episode in my late 40's, about 10 over decades. Am not diabetic, no panic very stable type. Not neglected by my doc but is a mystery.
