What is Vaso-Vagal Exactly

I just was reading about Vaso Vagal on another website and wondered what exactly are the symptoms? I couldn't really find a place to read about symptoms. I an be standing, (like in line/having to wait) and sometimes after just a few minutes I feel like I can't stand anymore, I have to sit down. My legs feel like they won't hold me. I have to sit down, I feel kind of nauseous, maybe a little light headed. I am only 44 and I keep thinking "what is wrong with you-you can't just stand here for a few minutes". My husband and I were in Las Vegas recently and had to stand in line to ride the monorail, get into a buffet, or etc. and 2-3 times it happened. Can someone offer some advice? This may not be what I have at all, just trying to figure it out. Thank you
