My v v problem starts as a nauseous feeling, then dizziness, then passing out. Oddly enough, it goes away for a few years then comes back. I can't relate it to any illness, drug or dietary matter. I have taken Aleve and did not have a bad reaction. Last time was last night. I was on the phone, dropped it. Woke up a few minutes or seconds later and though I had fallen asleep. I had no memory of the phone call until my daughter walked in the house and said that I was talking to her, made an unusual noise, then nothing. I looked on the floor and found the phone there. The line was still open. It seems that the episode was slow comming on. I had felt it coming earlier, but prevented it by laying down. Then it came back unexpectedly and suddenly while I was at the table. No one was sitting with me at the table, so I was not noticed.
