I can relate to all of your symtoms as I have experienced all of them since acquiring had vaso vagal in 2000. It will get better as time goes forward only because you learn to live with it better as time moves forward. Please don't think any type of medicine will improve your condition. Medications will only cause undesireable side effects. If your condition paraells mine which its seems to you will continue to have daily dizziness and possibly pass out every 3 to 4 months average. It is not life threatening conditon as long as your lifestyle adjusts accordingly. Just don't put yourself in harms way by swimming, driving on freeways, skydiving etc. Sometimes the aniexty is pretty overwhelming but again as time moves forward you will better accept and adjust to the conditon.
