I too suffer from these "attacks" . Very diff. from seizure, it is VV. The last time it happened I was at a hospital(thank god) and fortunately I was hooked up to a monitor. My heart actually stopped for about 1 min. Still no one has quite pinpointed the problem/cause, one specialiist says dehydration- So as it is now I carry gatorade with me EVERYWHERE!!! Drink lotsa water- try and concentrate on ur breathing making sure it is not too slow or not too fast!!!! maybe try the gatorade thing, it really seems to be a million diff factors contributing...???...I dunno??? good luck......
