Vaso Vagal

I had my first spout at age 23. I was out to dinner with friends and felt sick. We had 1 drink and then sat down to dinner before the food came everything in the room started to spin and I felt sick. I immediately passed out and my friends called 911. Apparently I was white as a ghost. The emergency came and everyone thought I was drunk (which was not the case) or on drugs (which was definitely not the case). When I came to, I got sick everywhere. They took me to the hospital and gave me an EKG but everything was fine. It did take all the energy out of me.

The second time I was at a golf lesson and it was very hot. I could feel it coming on so I laid down and told the instructor to get me some water and peanuts and then I passed out. Again everything became blurring and spinning around me. I never got sick though.

The third time I was at work and got sick first and then sat down and fell off my chair and passed out.

The incidents have happened 3 times in 3 years. I did have a tilt test and passed out both times so that is how I was diagnosed. Luckily I feel them coming on and all 3 times it was during stressful times at work.
