Re: Heart Palpitations after Eating

I think we all have our own sets of problems and that there are different triggers for different people that set off a VV episode. One of mine is food allergies (mildly to moderately allergic to red wine, soy products - soy is in everything, shell fish, etc.). I take an allergy pill if I know I am going to eat out and that seems to do the trick, but I also have changed my diet since I am a Type II diabetic (diagnosed about a year ago), and so cutting down the carbs cuts down the stuff with soy products, and I feel fine when I eat. Another food factor is that if you are drinking alcohol or a lot of caffeine that can be a factor too.
