VasoVagal Syndrome

From: Laura

Comments

Hi I started when I was 22 yrs old, I had a stroke after a nasty divorce and was told the stress of everything had brought it on, I later went on to collapsing with no warning and convulsing, as I was just about to come around I vomited and woke up completely refreshed. I now have about 5 episodes a week. One thing I have learnt over the past 4 years is to skip around (i know it sounds stupid) or eat something as you start to feel light headed. It takes a while to recognise how you feel just before you collapse but you need to try and remember what you are doing all the time and soon it becomes second nature.
