I can't drink more than a drink or two and have no idea whether or not it's vv related. I know all the stuff about dehydration is true and can easily be a trigger. Another thought is that I am allergic to quinine and to red wine, so years ago I gave anything like gin and tonic (quinine is in the tonic), and red wine (white is fine). Also, if you have anything like diabetes (which I now do, type 2), you've got to be very careful as well.
