Kellie-I know exactly how you feel. It is confusing and sometimes i cant even explain it to other people when i try telling them what i have. Just be careful and make sure you always have a water bottle with you, and increase sodium in your diet. Be careful with how much alcohol you have when you are out because alcohol dehydrates your body and thats a factor that causes people with vaso-vagal to pass out. If you are going to drink, make sure you have a water bottle by your side to. I hope i helped you out a little bit, this vaso-vagal crap sucks, and i feel terrible all the time lately, the dizziness has gotten worse and even medicine my doctor gave me for it doesnt help that much. Good luck to you and stay strong. Know your body so when you know you are going to pass out, make sure you get yourself in a safe place.
