my god i have had vv since 9 yrs iam now 37 the past 2 yrs i am exactly the same its ok short trips but soon as im on the motorway it starts ive done every thing whilst in the car to occupy my mind doesnt work ihave,nt been on this site for a year iam so glad i had alook tonight ithought i had an instant phobia with motorways as i,ve been travelling for years my doctor told me that i was breathing at the top of my lungs when travelling and suggested to breath out as to part empty the lungs and then breath in and out in rythm and it does help but you have my sympathy hun goodluck if you have any ideas for distraction when travelling on motorways pls e-mail rwhi914@aol.com
