Hi.........I have a question I have a 2 yr old son who has spells in the tub or right after being bathed...in which he becomes unresponsive his lips go blue and has stoped breathing once were the paramedics were called and he was transsported to the the hospital. he only does this in the bath never any other time.......he has had a CT scan and MRI and a EKG(though he was not really still for that). We have been seeing a neurologist and she does not belive it to be seizure's my question is can this be a vagal responce?......or some sort of cardio realated problem.......what kind of tests should we be asking for? this does'nt happen all the time in the tub but has been happing more in the last 2 months.....he usally will sleep for bout an hour afterwards then is up and active.....like nothing is wrong he does not act tierd or different in any other way.....his mother and I are looking for answers because we have become quite affraid of giving him a bath....but as you know a 2yr old cannot go with out a bath........what should we do???? thanks
