Re: vaso vagal and running

I don't know. I run appx 45 minutes a day. I had a VV episode 2-3 months ago. I have spastic colon and like, permanent dieting so I don't get to eat much or I'll blimp. I make an exception on Saturday mornings when my wife and I got to a popular italian place for breakfast here in KC. I passed the hell out. First time that's ever happened. doctor theorized it was because I over-ate, distended my stomach and inadvertantly stimulated the syndrome. Can't really argue with that cause I felt REALLY full just 1-2 minutes before I went out. Anyway, I just eat slower now and my running has been totally unaffected.
