Hi- I definitely think that your wreck and vasovagal may be related. My little sister had a horrible wreck a few years ago. We didn't know what happened, and while we were in the ICU one day, a man called. He had witnessed the wreck from the side of the road. He said my sister just slumped over while driving, obviously having passed out, woke up when the car ran into a ditch, overcorrected, and flipped the car. When he told us she passed out before the wreck, it let the dr.s know to do a tilt test. So, we knew she had VV after the wreck, but she obviously had it before, since that's what caused it. Fortunately, we had someone who saw it. She has no memory of what happened, and maybe this is the case with you.
