I'm not one for public boards, but this is a "for real"subject.Had my first VVS last week and it was a ER nurses sujestion at that. The Heart Doc after all the tests ( day and ahalf in the hospital )never mentioned it.All tests showed no problems with my heart ,even my stint is all o:k.Anyway it all started at 5:00am,got up to go to the bathroom when all of a sudden I had the worst stomach ache I've ever experianced in my life,it was all I could do to sit down on the comode, the came this head to toe cold sweat,a dripping sweat. As I set there waiting for the pain to start for I was sure that this was "the big one"--no pain. Then came this faster and larger than usual BM.Surprise,I felt a lot better now,but why ??Feeling by now I surley had a heart attack or one was on it's way I summoned the family to get my butt to the ER but fast.I've had panic attacks in the past but this was worse and working on my mind and to hear the first ER doc tell me they don't have all the stuff to properly treat me to go 35 miles down the road and they would be ready to take me when we get there,I asked for a shot to calm me down and we'd leave, she did and we did too.One and a half days later I did'nt know anymore then than I did before.Tonight after reading all your stories I'm forsure calling my heart doc in the a:m.I also am a type 2 overweight diabetic with a stint in my heart so a heart attack was first on my list, just could'nt beleive it was'nt.I also had a more than usual large bowl of very good chile the day before, could explain the BM,but the rest is all new to me.Will come back and tell you all what my heart doc says and I'll chech out my primary doc too.
