neurocardiogenic syncope

Hi...I am sorry that others are experiencing this, but it's comforting to know that I'm not alone. I have been having feelings of dizziness and faintness. I normally get to a chair or bed if I feel like I'm going to pass out. Most days, I feel dizzy. Sometimes I feel weak, feverish (although I don't have a fever), anxious. At first, I thought I was having panic attacks (which I still may be since I get soooo upset when these things happen), but I had a tilt table test done. I was finally diagnosed with neurocardiogenic syncope. It seems to be worse when I have an upset stomach, or as the day goes on and I'm feeling tired. Also, during PMS and my menstrual period, it is worse. I am taking Toprol XL, trying to stay well hydrated, and I'm using extra salt. If anyone can share something to help this condition, please share! Some days I feel like I don't have a "normal" life!
