I haven't fully passed out but came real close a few times. I am on levbid ( anti-spasmodic) twice a day and then Xanax .25 when I feel the tingling start. You might see if your doctor will let you take your anti-spasmodic on a daily basis. Knock on wood.. I haven't had an episode in two months plus right now. I have increased my salt intake a little, tried to keep stess down and stay well hydrated. I've been thru all the tests except the tilt table and unless things get worse I don't care to have that test. All my test results were negative for heart, gall bladder and upper & lower GI's.
