Hi Gary,

It is possible to feel tired and dizzy due to a condition known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME) and as you mention the tiredness this is a possibility, I think you need to go back to your doctor and ask for a tilt test to confirm the diagnosis of vasovagal (if you haven't already) and mention the tiredness as well.

Personally I have both conditions and it can make managing the conditions difficult.
