I have the extended migranes also for the last year and just had an vaso vego attack a couple nights ago I'm wondering ths same thing, I was told I had vaso vego by a er nurse several years ago after she cussed me out fot not warning her, shoot I didnnt know I had it never heard of it before but had the needle thing for years just forgot to tell her, then started telling nurses I had vaso vego they give me a blank stare hum they dont know about it and I let it go but joke about haveing reactions to shots or blood drawn, ( sorry for all the misspelling, I also have fibromyalgia chronic fatigue Irritable bowel scolosis degenerative disc osteoarthritis restless leg syndrome memory problems dyslexia) so I dont sleep Im frustraded, in alot of pain , and cant type worth a darn anymore. Glad I found this site though it explains alot and now it makes sence for me at least. especially the dizziness going to talk to my gp about the tilt table test, thank you all best wishes aj
