This sounds pretty typical from what I've read of others. You need, of course, to get him thoroughly checked out, but the middle of the night, the abdominal pain, the passing out all sound pretty familliar to me. I haven't lost bladder control but I kow that others have. It's scary, especially for someone watching I gather, because you just see this person distintegrate before you, but you need to make sure it isn't a heart related problem or anything else.
