I can relate. I think that I have almost talked myself into one because i was so afraid of having one....Panic! Before I was properly diagnosed, I was to to see a psychologist. The only good thing i took away from our visits was that he told me to stop trying to control it. He said instaed tell yourself that you know that you will wake up in a few moments and go with it, put your legs up...etc. This has helped me because the more I try to control this condition, the more I realize that I can't.
