You and I sound a lot alike. I am realived to know that there are others and that I am not a medical mystery. I too have been Diagnosd with VVand IBS. I have "spells" that result in total fainting and "spells" that are close to it. I had a long stretch last year that lasted 8 solid months of feeling nauscious every morning and lightheaded most of the day. I usually feel my best in the evening. I am on Effexor now, which I think has helped with the IBS and in turn my hydration. But I have had 3 spells in the past 2 months. The Dr wants to do the tilt table test, but I'm not sure that it really changes the treatment plan???? I would l love to hear from anyone else who can relate and wants to share
