I am so happy to find this site and people like you who have had the same symptoms I've had my whole life -- nausea, hot flash, diarrhea, blackout -- triggered by menstrual cramps, allergic reaction to food, overexercise, anxiety. I finally found a name for the condition! The problems were so severe with menstrual cramps and associated diarrhea -- constantly passing out on the bathroom floor-- I was suicidal for a while. A wise naturopathic doctor put me on hormonal supplements, which helped enormously. Recently passed through menopause and the worst episodes -- the ones associated with menstruation --are GONE!!!
