My problem started after an injection of lidocaine/ephnefrin, after going to er three times that same week I was given Levsin ( antispamdodic) before each meal, gas-x after and Xanax .25mg if I have an episode. This has wokrd to keep out the episodes. In the mean time, I have had stress test, catherization, upper & lower GI tests with no porblems found. My heart has not stopped but BP/HR will go really low when I do have an episode. I have a tingling feeling all over, stomach cramps with urge to have bowel movement, nausea even though I have never vomited or actually fully fainted. My doctor told me if I am out and feel the symptoms come on, to sit down right then.
