This also happened to me. Passed out about two hours into the flight. It didn't scare me as much as it scared the flight crew. the plane almost made an emergency landing-- glad it didn't. When we landed, an emergency crew was waiting for me (!). EKG was fine, bp was fine. I did have a cold/flu for a week, and I wonder if it was just the onset of that.
