What Dr. do I see? & Explain Tilt Table Test

Could someone please tell me what specialist I should see? My episodes are with the abdominal pain and nausea. I do have heart palp's also, but not during episodes. I've been going to Neuro's for 44 years - dx'ed seizure disorder based on symptoms not EEG. They've never mentioned VV!! I've been to Cardio and had 30 day monitor showing something minor. She never mentioned VV!! I've been to Gastroenterologist....never mentioned VV!! I've told them all about my symptoms in detail. They all said HMMMMMM!! Also, eplain what they do with the TTT and how is that supposed to tell if you have VV? I live in DC if anyone has a recommendation for a doctor. TIA
