I have been diagnosed with vaso-vegal, but they are not completely positive about the diagnosis. From the time of a child , I periodically passed out during stressful situations such as seeing blood, expreme heat ect. When I reached my 30's , I had my first experience with fainting and seizure following. I would have these episodes every few years . I have been symptom free for 4 years but now find myself waking in the night, feeling extremely nauseated, feel like having diarrhea and passing out at the same time.This will either pass in an hour or so , or lead into throwing up, diarrhea, fainting and seizuring. I have been through neurological testing and I am epilepsy free. Any one out there experiencing the same symptoms? I feel they go hand in hand with stress that I may be under at the time.
