I'm 17 and I always have an episode when my period starts in the morning. I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem or if birth control would help (I heard that it might). Thank god there are all of these other people that have the same thing I do..I thought I was just having "bad cramps." It didn't occur to me that most women don't pass out/get chills/hot flashes/throw up/diarrhea/severe fatigue for hours. :)
