Recent Vaso Vagal experience

I'm glad to know I'm not the only person to experience a vaso vagal response. I fainted once before about 4 years ago from extreme abdominal pain and nausea, but only had a nasty lump on the back of my head. I saw my doctor but was never diagnosed with anything related to VV. However, last week I fainted with almost no warning except for a brief moment of extreme dizziness and a warm feeling throughout my body. I woke up on the ground . . . the first of 4 times waking up on the ground in different rooms within my house (I don't really remember anything). I split my head open, broke my nose and spent 2-1/2 days in the hospital. I was up all night with nausea the night before and was menstruating, but I wasn't dehydrated. I had numerous tests in the hospital, all of which were normal, but still need to schedule a tilt table test.

Not sure if I should be driving or when I should resume normal activities - I'm still feeling dizzy much of the time.

Thanks for listening.
