I was diagnosed with neurocardiogenic syncope which always pops up with vasovegal and a few other long words when you look for it on the internet. I was unable to hold my head up because of the dizziness and nausea after meals. I never actually threw up but always wanted to. I would go to bed and feel better in the morning or after a few hours. It also aggravated an arrythmia problem I've had for years and it was my cardiologist that diagnosed it with a tilt table test.
