I think it was mostly definetly vaso vagal. I just posted an article to this formum regarding my epidsodes which I feel were stress related. You were probably nervous with the eyes being dilated, causing your reaction. Whenver I have a mammogram, I start passing out and have to keep asking for a cold wet cloth to bring myself out of it. It makes for a miserable experience.
