Although my incidents are usually in the middle of the night they also have sometimes been after a 'fancy' meal. I discovered years ago that I was allergic to soy which is almost everything, not just Chinese food which I adore. t's a mild allergy and so usually take an allergy pill before I eat a big meal in someone's home or at a restaurant. I can't help but think an allergic reaction as a possible VV trigger.
