I have meneres for almost 20 years.I have, during that time has several episodes of VV, usually during the flu, once when still in surgery after a heart cath Also resently had a severe meniers attack, dizzy and vomiting, then began having a vv epesode. Ended up in hospital. Nothing much was done for meniers and nothing for the vv. I can't have much salt due the memieres and have to take dieretis to keep fluild off my ears so I am between a rock and a hard place most of the vv trigged by bowel movements and often with nausea. My doctor is a great guy but has no ideas other than at some take tilt test but with my inner ear. prob that could be difficult. I do not think the docs concieve that these spells are terriby scarey. Sometimes i feel that i'll pass out and never wake up
