I have it. I have a job. I drive. There are warning signs but I have been takien unwares when it hasn't happened for a while. I plan to just pull over if I have one when I am driving, but usually it's when I am changing positions (like lying down to getting up) or from severe pain. I am also sensitive to eating (I have a moderate soy allery) and from taking medication (which I take for my allergies- I alsio take medicatin for Type II Diabetes, I just returned from my second plane trip in two months and felt lighthead after lying back, snoozing, waking up suddently but did not panic and eased myself out of it, I also keep hydrated. I don't think anyone's mentioned keeping off of coffee and caffeine drinks for a while (I make an exception for hot tea), This is only experience talking - nothing scientific. Also, my glasses are being repaired and wearing an old pair is driving me nuts and isn't wonderful for VV.
