I am also 23 years old. I have had these ever since I was little. Yes, I get very very very sick from Alcohol. I can not take some medicines or mouth wash due to it. I also have arguments everytime I go to a cookout, because someone INSIST that eventhough they put beer or wine on the food I will be fine because it cooks out (THIS IS NOT TRUE) everytime I get very sick. Usually only after 1 bite. I wrote a few other articles in this forumn. (Mostly about a bad car accident I had that was caused by vaso vegal.) All I can say is becareful and let it happen. I think it is worse the more you fight it. Get into a safe place - call someone (try to never be alone durring an incident). I had an incident a few years ago where I swore I was having a heart attack. Even though I was only 20 I had all the signs. Since it is possible that your heart stops durring an episode make sure you have someone around who knows what to do. As I state many times becareful of driving because (although doctors say this doesn't cause accidents) I am living proof that it DOES.
