Hi Pat I am emailing you from England, I see what you mean about everyone being from the US who reply. Anyway I have just been diagnosed with vasovagel syocope after four years of investigations into blacking out, dissiness, sickness etc and after going on the tilt tables they told me straight away what the problem was after my blood pressure dropped dramatically after a few minutes. I too have never had an attack whilst driving and the consultant told me it was because when you drive you are using your calve muscles when touching the peddles and this encourages blood flow around the body so keeping your blood pressure up. If you want to get in touch with me you can. My email is n.whinham@btconnect.com Cheers Nicola
